The Noe Valley real estate market continues to be in high-demand for JUN 2018 resulting in homes with an average of just 21 DOM (days on market) for single-family homes. The median price of single-family homes was $2,350,000 for the month compared to $2,242,500 one year ago, $1,500,000 five years ago, and $1,160,000 ten years ago—an incredible 202.59% increase in median price. An interesting stat to note is the high number of single-family homes (36) that were on the market for JUNE 2018 compared to only 10 homes one year ago, 15 homes five years ago, and 7 homes ten years ago.
